Powerful tools through yoga, meditation, and creativity
Powerful tools through yoga, meditation, and creativity
This 5-day Erasmus+ course offers a unique blend of theory and practice to support educators in building emotional resilience, inner balance, and long-term wellbeing. Each day explores a specific theme—stress, energy, meditation, creativity, and integration—through a mindful mix of scientific insight and embodied experience.
Participants will learn about the foundations of wellbeing, the signs and consequences of burnout, and the importance of self-reflection. The program explores how stress affects the body and brain, introduces the concept of energy bodies and chakras, and emphasizes the healing power of nature.
Daily practical sessions include Hatha and Yin yoga, various breathing techniques (such as 4-7-8 and alternate nostril breathing), nature-based visualisations, and sound relaxation with the handpan. Participants will also discover meditation practices inspired by Joe Dispenza, explore the power of intention and thought transformation, and reset the nervous system through Yoga Nidra. Creativity is woven into the program as a therapeutic tool, with hands-on mandala design and visual meditations enhancing personal insight and expression.
On the final day, participants will reflect on their journey, share insights in a supportive circle, and create a sustainable self-care routine to carry forward.
