TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. REGISTRATION

The Igma Courses Registration Form should be submitted directly online (at https://igma-courses.com/) or by email at info@igma-courses.com

2. COURSE CONFIRMATION

All the courses will be confirmed once at least 4 participants are registered.

Bookings are not confirmed until official enrolment confirmation is provided by Igma Courses.

Igma Courses reserves the right to cancel the course up to 30 days before the course start date in case of the participants registered for the course are fewer than 4 people.

We recommend that you do not book flights or accommodation until Igma Courses has confirmed the course will take place in the proposed dates.

3. COURSE FEES

Igma Courses will issue the invoice 45 days before the start date of the course

Payments must be done by bank transfer.

Payment by bank transfer:

All course fees need to be paid in full by bank transfer at least 30 days prior to the participant commencing the course.

Payments should be made in Euro (€) or another currency which will be converted to Euro € at the rate of exchange on the date received.

All bank charges for payment by Bank Transfer are to be paid by the client.

Please, indicate either invoice number or your name and surname in the subject of your bank transfer.

It is recommended to email (at info@igma-courses.com) a copy of the bank confirmation or proof of payment.

4. SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE COURSE FEES

• Pre-arrival information pack

• Tuition delivered by an expert tutor in English (5 hours per day)

• Training materials

• Coffee corner

• Preparation of Mobility Agreements

• Issuing of Training & Europass Mobility Certificate

COURSE CERTIFICATION POLICY

Igma Course will certify attendance and course completion, as well as, if applicable, issue the Europass Mobility Certificate, only to participants who attend at least 80% of the classes physically. Attendance will be monitored and recorded throughout the course.

COURSE PROGRAMME CHANGES

Igma Courses reserves the right to modify the course programme published on the website depending on the level of participants or slight modifications introduced by the Tutor.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Igma Courses can arrange extra services for participants such us: accommodation, airport transfer, local transport and/or cultural visits.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Course fees:

If the participant cancels the course more than 30 days before the course commences, all fees will be refunded.

If the participant cancels the course between 30 and 7 days before the course starts, they will be refunded in a form of a voucher to be used for the future courses delivered within 12 months.

The course is non-refundable If the participant cancels 7 days before the course start date.

Extra services (accommodation, transportation and/or cultural visits):

The cancellation policy applied depends on the service provider. Please, consult with Igma Courses before you confirm your reservation.
